We visit most months now and everytime we absolutely love it all the cats are super friendly and the owner clearly does it for the love of animals as her and all the staff are beyond amazing
Enjoyed visiting today and will definitely be back. The cats are charming and cute, they have lots of comfortable places to sleep and watch the world go by. The staff were so nice and clearly love what they do and the cats as well. Thank you for a really lovely experience
Absolutely loved my visit. It's such a great place & a great set up.
What a wonderful find this little gem of a place was. Very well organised and staffed by friendly, committed volunteers, the place runs like clockwork. What a lovely environment to spend an hour of your time in. The cats are clearly extremely happy with the set up and rest time is incorporated into the busy schedule. Well done to Becky for having such a great idea and having the love and commitment to care for all these beautiful cats. Like many others, I can recommend the millionaires shortbread, it was delicious !

What a magic wee place! Staff are lovely, cats are well looked after all with their own quirks & personalities. We were warmly welcomed by Winnie & Dougal who gave us big cuddles…enjoyed watching acrobatics from Alfie showing off his new legs. Loved all the decor too & that the cats can have quiet time too if they wanted it. We will deffos go back thanks for having us!
Visited for the first time on a dreich January day and what an uplifting time we had. The cats were brilliant – and the staff were so lovely – kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely visit regularly and strongly recommend other ffolks do too.
What a lovely time with my daughter at the kit-tea cafe this afternoon. My first visit to a cat cafe and we’ll definitely be back. The cats were all so chilled and friendly, ready to play with their guests. It’s was great to see all their different personalities, some cuddly, others playful (and Jasper loafing on the radiator cover like his stuffing had been removed!)
The cats were all exceptionally well cared for and they dictate how they interact with their visitors…. exactly as it should be. Staff were excellent and really friendly, ready to tell us all about each cat’s nature. I’d absolutely recommend kit-tea cafe for some cat therapy.
It was very nice and lovely. I liked the cats a lot. Frankie was definitely the silliest one but he was also my favourite because he was very playful. The other cats liked treats and pets. I would like to visit again. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We decided to come to the kit-tea cafe on Sunday 19th October as our son wanted to go to a cat cafe. It was the most incredible experience. All four of us really enjoyed ourselves and loved getting to know all the cats and having cuddles and playing with them. The girls that were there were so informative and very friendly and we absolutely loved it. The cats are so well cared for and you can see that in how chilled they were. We will 1000% be back to visit again as we all can’t stop talking about it. The hot chocolates were delicious too!
My Eldest daughter & i visited and had such a beautiful and happy experience with all the beautiful cats, in addition a fabulous Hot Chocolate & Latte. A complete, serene, well equiped, safe, cared for , happy home for all those cats. Welldone to the owners and all the volunteers….. you all make a positive differenc….im super proud.
What a lovely little cafe. We visited while on holiday in August. Staff were lovely and it was very clear they love cats. I just wish this cafe was on our doorstep, we don’t have anything like it here. The relaxed atmosphere gave us all a boost and if the cafe was on our doorstep we would be there all the time. We will definitely be back next time we are in Scotland xx

Visited this place today and it was great. Really loved the decorations, and the cats are well looked after and friendly; the staff are amazing. Each cat has its own unique stories. Will be coming back again

Brilliant place for cat lovers. Cats are so friendly and a couple cheeky! Staff are lovely and are happy to tell you all about the cats and have a chat. We will definitely be coming back, thank you ☺️
The staff are lovely people! plenty of loveable cats and a good amount of space or play with them all. All cats are super friendly! although out favourites were Whinnie and Jasper! all very cute, cuddly and playful! we have a great experience
I went to the Kit-tea cat cafe today and had the best time. There was a ramp for me to get into the café, which was very useful as I am a full-time electric wheelchair user. The volunteers were extremely helpful with anything I needed. The atmosphere was so welcoming, I could have stayed there all day if I was given the chance. The cats were very inquisitive of my wheelchair, but not one of them was too scared to come up and sniff it. Every single one of the cats seems like they are living their best life in this place. I will definitely be back <3
This had to have been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I adore cats and it was so relaxing and therapeutic to be around so many friendly cats. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed our time a lot, we will definitely be back!
We had a lovely time at The Kit-Tea Cafe Falkirk. It was a wonderful mental health boost to spend time with their gentle cats.
My son & I had a great time. All of the cats were lovely & friendly, although our favourite one was definitely Franki. The staff were great too. Great value for money. We will be back again soon.
