The staff are lovely people! plenty of loveable cats and a good amount of space or play with them all. All cats are super friendly! although out favourites were Whinnie and Jasper! all very cute, cuddly and playful! we have a great experience
I went to the Kit-tea cat cafe today and had the best time. There was a ramp for me to get into the café, which was very useful as I am a full-time electric wheelchair user. The volunteers were extremely helpful with anything I needed. The atmosphere was so welcoming, I could have stayed there all day if I was given the chance. The cats were very inquisitive of my wheelchair, but not one of them was too scared to come up and sniff it. Every single one of the cats seems like they are living their best life in this place. I will definitely be back <3
This had to have been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I adore cats and it was so relaxing and therapeutic to be around so many friendly cats. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed our time a lot, we will definitely be back!
We had a lovely time at The Kit-Tea Cafe Falkirk. It was a wonderful mental health boost to spend time with their gentle cats.
My son & I had a great time. All of the cats were lovely & friendly, although our favourite one was definitely Franki. The staff were great too. Great value for money. We will be back again soon.
I loved all the cats it's the best experience for a birthday I went with my friend Robyn it was purfect my favorite cat was franki he was soooo fluffy me and Robyn got some thing from the little shop and I just loved it I highly recommend to every single person in Falkirk xx
Had a lovely afternoon meeting all the fur babies and hearing about their rescue stories from the very friendly staff. It truly is a wonderful environment for the cats and you can tell they are well looked after. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend xx
My mum and I had a lovely visit to the cafe today. The staff are wonderful and there are so many beautiful cats to spend time with. They have lots of space and toys to play with. You can feed them treats and enjoy all of the different personalities of the kitties. It's a great wee place and I recommend a visit and get to meet all of the furbabies. It's a treat to spend time there, definitely worth a visit.
Lovely welcoming staff all the cats are friendly with cute, Quirky personalitys. Environment is nice and relaxed for them. Worth the money and visit love meeting jaffa and getting too know other cuties

The kit-tea cafe is such a happy place! We regularly visit with our 9 year old son, who absolutely loves playing with the cats. We are always made to feel welcome… Staff and cats are super friendly. The cats are so well looked after, you can tell they feel safe in their surroundings. Keep up the fantastic work and see you again soon!
Had a great day at the kit-tea cafe, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, the kitten/cats were so adorable and very playful, lots of different personalities. Would recommend going for a day out, great stress reliever and great for families.
Wow! I had the BEST time ever today! We walk by the cafe every day and always look in the window and see all the cute cats. Everyone was so friendly at the cafe and so welcoming. It’s so spacious inside, and you can tell the cats are very well cared for. I will definitely be back!
Visited a handful of times now, and it's easily my favourite place in Falkirk. I adore that not only are they giving these cats a very happy and healthy home, but they also raise awareness on mental health issues and contribute positively to the community. The cats all have their own personalities but they just generally gel so well with each other. Even just sitting and chilling in the café is such a relaxing boost as the cats do their own thing. You can be assured in the fact that every single penny goes towards the café and the health/wellbeing of the cats. I strongly believe the café is vital to Falkirk, and I cannot thank Becky and the team enough for a place like this. I would love to help in any way I can!
Wow what to say! It's the best wee place in Falkirk by far! What better way to spend a whole hour of your day totally chilling out with all the gorgeous fur babies, friendly staff, boosting your mental health & just spending an hour of your day in pure serenity. Everyone leaves with a big smile on their face, talking about which cat was their favourite, what funny things the cats did on their visit & mostly knowing they just contributed to helping Becky & her wonderful family have a little more help in keeping this little place ticking over & ensuring the babies are well looked after. After all being a family run non profit business every single penny goes back into the cafe & to looming after all of the babies. So, what are you waiting for….come for a vist!

Visited this morning with my 8 year old daughter. Staff were so welcoming and happy to chat and answer any questions. Lovely cats who are very well cared for. It’s a nice atmosphere to be able to sit and relax in.
We will definitely be back!
Taken here by my daughter for a birthday treat. It was lovely, friendly, welcoming and relaxing. The staff were good too. Such a special wee place in Falkirk. So worth a visit for any cat appreciating human.
I love the freedom the cats get and the humans. I took my camera and was given plenty of permission to take as many photos as I liked and to even sit down on the floor to get some random angle photos. Jasper is my favourite kitty, he's so cute and came straight to me for cwtches. I even enjoy just watching them through the window. Hampshire and my dog have become friends through the window. It's adorable to watch them all.
My friend & I had a wonderful time today, the cats are all so relaxed and clearly happy in their home, lots of different sleeping areas, climbing walls, toys and treats, they are all very beautiful too & enjoy the attention! the staff were all friendly and welcoming, happy to answer any questions & clearly love the cats. I would highly recommend all cat lovers to visit.
