1.Confirm you have read the House Rules & The terms and conditions and agree to abide by them?
2. You agree that your reservation details are correct? its your responsibility to check your confirmation email and text message to confirm all details are correct – The Kit-Tea Café are under no obligation to rectify customer error as two confirmations are sent to every customer prior to visiting.
3. You confirm you are bringing no more than 2 children per Adult, and your children are over 8 years old? (Children between 8-12 need proof of age to attend).
4. You agree that anyone visiting with pre exsisting medical condition have risk assessed and deemed it safe for them to visit? The Kit-Tea Café will not be responsible for exacerbated symptoms due to visiting the Café.
5. The Kit-Tea Café will not be held responsible for any scratches or bites that may occur from your visit- the nature of our café means this is a possibility and you are entering of your own free will and at your own risk?

•   Please do not bring your own treats, our cats are on a healthy diet and we will provide treats for them.
•   The Kit-Tea Cafe allows guests to cancel or amend their reservation free of charge up to one day (24hs) before the time of your scheduled appointment.
•   If a guest wants to cancel or amend within one day of arrival, their booking will not be refunded or amended and the appointment forfeited.
